it works from the website on desktop PC. It is
hub.tschlotfeldt.de
with Hubzilla Version 4.6, where directory icon dosn't work in Hubzilla
Nomad app
(for me).

The button gives me the "local directory". I somehow remember that this can be disabled by the hub admin, or that if by default the publishing to the local directory is disabled, than maybe it just gives you a blank page on that hub?

The button gives me the "local directory".
Hit the right pointing arrow in the grey area. This will show the sidebar where you can configure what's displayed.

I fail to see why it would not be possible. Did you even try?
Easiest is probably to install the fdroid store app first.

I did not. My install skills restrict of "Download the
app from app store
-> install" :-|.
Have you for me a (one link to) howto for use (install?) of fdroid store app?

You have to download the APK from here:
https://f-droid.org/
Then navigate your file manager to the download folder and tap on the APK. It will ask you for the necessary permissions. When it's installed, after you open it for the first time, swipe down to refresh. Then you can search for Nomad. When you first try to install an app from F-Droid, Android will ask you again for permission, this time for F-Droid to install unknown apps.

This video appears to be from Android 7. The way to install apps from unknown sources has changed since then. Back then, you only had one setting which would allow
all
unknown sources, now you have to set this permission on a per-app basis. Just thought I'd point that out since otherwise it might be confusing for somebody who never installed third-party apps before.
