Non-English characters in Calendar Events

!Hubzilla Support Forum Has anybody tried to create an event in a non-English language yet since the 4.2 upgrade? I just tried, and it encoded the German Umlaut - it turned "Mühlenfest" into "M& uuml;hlenfest", but it didn't get converted by the browser (Firefox on Ubuntu). Note: For this post, I had to put the space in; if I don't, it will get converted. But it didn't work on a calendar event.

Works for me in Windows for Russian.

I have the same issue with german Umlauts, in calendar display.

@Emanuel On my test event I got a reply from @Mike Macgirvin that he submitted a patch.

@Mike Macgirvin's fix along with some UX improvements (day- and weeknumbers are now clickable for navigation) were just pushed to master.
