Is it possible to sent some message to hub admins during new account registration for new account approoval (like on friendica) ?

Yes. Set the hub's registration policy to registration with approval only.

this already done, but hubzilla does not allow new user to set message for admin to approve during registration, so admin can review reason why new user want to register at this hub.

Ah, no, then Hubzilla just informs the admin that theres' a new registration to approve.

sad, this feature will be useful, most spambots probably can't explain why they want to register, also template based messages can be relatively easy to detect.

at first I didnt understand your idea, but now I get it. It could be probably added quite easily so perhaps making request on hubzilla addons could be a thing. I personally dont need it as we do use exactly this type of thing (we require users to provide a answer/story to question of the week) but thats for global auth so not hubzilla specific. I think this cuts off ton of potential spam and abuse (as thise dont want to jump through hoops). Writting feature request on git would be a good thing IMO. Gives newcommers something to do (as they see things requested) or the oldschool hubzilla dev-crew something to code while having their morning coffee one day when thinking how to improve the platform.
